Each of the services are based on the guaranteed provision of bespoke online consultancy, mentoring and coaching on your chosen topic, on at least 3 occasions a week, through email.

Assertiveness at Work

Based on the individual's experience, and for developing assertiveness on the job, in relation to the areas where assertiveness is needed, e.g:

Being more persuasive and influential
Management skills
Improving your networking
Making more contacts
Making communication more efficient between offices/staff
Improving staffs' confidence in communication (face-to-face, telephone etc)

Behaviour Management in Education

Based on the individual's relationships with the students and their indivudal experiences. Developing control, discipline and trust with difficult learners, with diverse SEN needs. E.g:

Having more control in the classroom
Understanding how to cope with Special Educational Needs (E.g. ADHD, Dyslexia and ODD)
Learning how to cope with a class with diverse needs
Having a better relationship with the students
Learning how to avoid and divert confrontation
Gaining students' trust
